FLAT ROOF

A flat roof system is a roofing structure characterized by a low slope or no slope at all, providing a horizontal or nearly horizontal surface. These systems are commonly used in commercial and industrial buildings, as well as some residential properties. Flat roof systems typically consist of a waterproof membrane, insulation layers, and a covering material such as gravel, tar, or single-ply membranes.

The design of a flat roof system allows for efficient use of interior space, easy installation of HVAC equipment and other utilities, and the potential for rooftop gardens or solar panel installation. Proper installation and maintenance of a flat roof system are essential to prevent water pooling, which can lead to leaks and structural damage.

Overall, a well-designed and properly maintained flat roof system can provide effective protection against the elements while offering versatility and functionality for various building types and uses.
